What's Been Happening
I was exhausted. That seldom happens. But clearing out rooms for new carpeting and putting it all back in their places again drained me. The big stuff was easy (hubby took care of those items). But the little stuff that had accumulated for nearly two decades gave me a headache.
Life is like that isn’t it? It’s the small things that cause us to reach for the Tylenol bottle. You know, the mistake on your credit card bill, the neighbor’s dog leaving smelly presents on your lawn, the phone from the umpteenth telemarketer, the unfriendly cashier, the person who cut you off on the road.
At the end of the day, none of that matters and you scratch your head: Did I really let all that get to me?
Here's to you putting that bottle of pain reliever aside and worry not about the small things. Instead, let God take care of all...big and small.
