March 15, 2019 I confess; sometimes I enjoy multi-tasking. A few weeks back, I hoped to catch some sun rays, so with my wireless keyboard in hand, I settled on a lounge chair by the pool. March 8, 2019 My friend and I attended a talent show a few weeks ago. Rumor spread that this would be a great event. Singers filed on the stage displaying their best performance as they chose a song to delight the audience. But deep down, they coveted the first prize. Great songs, beautiful voices. During my last cruise with some friends, We sat at dinner. And in the
middle, this staircase adorned the dining room . Beautiful. But…what in
the world would they do that? It was the replica of the one in the Titanic!
Gulp. That thought could have taken our appetite away.
Another cruise featured the movie Titanic.
Is that their way of adding relaxation a notch?

Anyone out there remember Flipper? What smart creatures dolphins are, right?
Years ago my daughter in law collected dolphins. Some of my friends collected all kinds
of stuff too. About 10 years ago, I joined them. I began collecting Bible
verses. I know, I know, strange, right? But when life’s ugly moments showed
up, I read those verses over and over again. They moved my heart. Hope was
renewed. sparks of joy began. And confidence was here to stay.
