Did you ever attend a memorial service that sparked joy? Hubby and I did this past Sunday. A 91-year-old precious friend began her life in glory. And those of us left behind remember her for one thing—she was all about Jesus.

Her son said to me, “Her mind and heart were always filled with His presence.” Then he added, “If we don’t think about Him constantly, what else do we think about?”

I stared at him speechless. He was so right. If we don’t think about the power of His love, we think of the ugliness and the painful. However, filling our mind with Jesus brings about the peace to conquer the worst of this world.
