My favorite gift this past Christmas was a gift certificate to Sweet Tomatoes. I tucked it in a secure place. So secure in fact, that I couldn’t find it. I looked on my desk, on the floor, in the trash, under papers. Even in bizarre places. There was no way I was going to give up because my mouth was watering for that delicious array of salads.

Then days later, I kept looking, and lifted my keyboard, there it was.

Not only did I find the card, but found my new resolution for 2016: My resolution is to exert that same passion, that determination and earnest drive to seek God because He said: “…anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” Hebrews 11:6
